All consultations are conducted with an attorney at the firm and last approximately one hour. You are encouraged to bring all relevant documents, including the insurance policy, all correspondence with the insurer, and all medical records in your possession. At the consultation, the attorney will review your documents and evaluate the merits of your claim.

For prospective clients who reside out of town or who are unable to come to our offices, we offer telephone consultations. Prior to the consultation we request that you send us copies of the relevant documents. A mutually convenient time for the consultation will be scheduled.
