Disability Paralegal/Client Liaison

We are currently seeking a disability paralegal/client liaison who shares our passion for helping others.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for communicating with clients who seek assistance during a desperate time of need. You will have substantial interaction with clients, prospective clients, doctor's offices, and insurance companies. You will foster a strong relationship of trust, respect, and reliance with our clients while acting as the face of our firm. The job is challenging, but deeply rewarding.

The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality and a genuine interest in helping others. You will need compassion, patience, and the ability to give clear advice. You also need to be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and must take pride in a job well done. We seek someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Superior writing, communication and computer skills are also necessary. Professionalism is a must.

This is a long-term job opportunity with great potential for growth. Your career and job satisfaction are as important to us as helping our clients.

Experience in the following areas is helpful but not essential: ERISA disability claims; Social Security Disability claims; Workers Compensation claims; social work; and medical records. Compensation commensurate with experience.

To be considered, you must include a cover letter: (1) describing why you would be a good fit for the job; and (2) providing your salary requirements.

We are looking for a candidate who wants to find a home at the firm and build a long-term career here. INDIVIDUALS WITH LAW DEGREES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND SHOULD NOT APPLY.
